What a visit looks like
Clear, calm, and step-by-step—so you always know what’s happening.
1) Quick call or text
You tell me the device (iPhone/Android/iPad/Windows/Mac) and what you want to do.
2) We schedule
In-home or remote—whatever makes sense. We’ll pick a time that’s comfortable and un-rushed.
3) Fix the #1 issue first
We start with your top priority and get a win fast, then handle the next items as time allows.
4) Notes you can keep
I write down the steps in plain English so you can do it again later without stress.
Clear pricing
No surprises. No upsells. Just helpful support—with clear options and real examples.
We start with your #1 issue, then make a simple “next steps” list. Common first-hour wins: fixing Wi-Fi drops, setting up a printer, getting email logins working, or cleaning up pop-ups.
Add time for teaching and practice: organizing photos, learning texting, setting up streaming, or writing down steps so you can do it yourself next time.
Serving Mesa & the East Valley. If you’re farther out, I’ll tell you up front.

What I don’t do (so you always know what to expect)
Clear boundaries build trust. If something is outside my scope, I’ll tell you up front.
No sales pressure
I don’t sell devices, internet service, or software. I’m here to help—not upsell.
No deep data recovery
If a drive is failing or files are truly lost, I’ll recommend a specialist data recovery shop.
No business IT
I focus on home technology and personal devices, not office networks, servers, or corporate systems.
